I am the Henry Bullock Professor of Finance & Real Estate and Director of the Guthrie Center for Real Estate Research at The Kellogg School of Management. I am also a Research Associate at the National Bureau for Economic Research (NBER). Most of my research focuses on corporate finance and credit markets.
